Overview

With Approval & Feedback , you can allow anyone to see and update any fields belonging to existing items in your boards and much more:

1. Generate URLs linked to your board's items that can be shared with others via automated email.
2. Filessuch as Images and PDF can be previewed and downloaded in the interface
3. The person(s) receiving the link can see authorized fields in the web interface and update them accordingly
4. At any time, the link can be deactivated manually or via a native monday.com automation (For example, after the feedback is submitted so that the user cannot submit it twice)
5. Users can approve by updating a status or inputting their signature in the interface.

Many use cases are possible, here are few of them:
- A marketing com pany sends artworks to clients, who can then approve/reject them, submit a rating and comment on the artwork received.
- Collect feedback from your clients - They can now rate your services without having access to your monday.com account.
Avoid creating new items via forms; users will update directly your existing items which would make your workflow more efficient!
